Why learn with us? Have you ever attended a 2 day course and found yourself not knowing what questions you want to ask until weeks later? While gaining certifications can be desirable and useful for CVs, we value prioritising the learning journey over learning to pass an exam, We want every attendee to truly understand how to apply, inspect, and adapt in their own environments. Which is why we're offering monthly drop-in sessions* for anyone that learns with us. Because, afterall, a huge part of learning happens after you've left the classroom. These free drop-in sessions are the perfect opportunity to bring new questions that you have, discuss challenges that you're facing, and celebrate your successes. Additionally, as standard, we offer all delegates the opportunity to return to attend future instances of the same class for free, and without limit. Learning Outcomes: After attending the course, learners will be able to; - Explain the basic principles of flow - Describe the value of WIP limits - Create a visual board to manage your work - Capture and interpret key flow metrics and analytics to find improvement opportunities - Explain why flow should be focused on value delivery - Define, build, operate and continuously improve a Kanban system *Free monthly drop-in sessions will be run as a pilot June 2024 to June 2025. These may be extended depending on the outcome of this experiment.
Cancellation Policy
Student substitutions or postponements for classes are accepted at any time prior to the start date. It may be best to contact us by phone (07557025680) if its a last minute change. Student cancellations must be made via email to admin@smagile.co.uk. Refunds for student cancellations may be available as follows: Cancellation received more than 21 days prior to the first day of class = 100% refund of course fee less transaction fees*. Cancellation received more than 10 days prior to the first day of class = 50% refund of course fee less transaction fees*. Cancellation received less than 10 days prior to the first day of class = no refund provided. A £50 fee will also be charged for Agile Mastery Pathway courses if cancelled after courseware *Transaction fees are typically @2.5%, depending on the service chosen at checkout
