Cancellation Policy

Student substitutions or postponements for classes are accepted at any time prior to the start date. It may be best to contact us by phone (07557025680) if its a last minute change. Student cancellations must be made via email to admin@smagile.co.uk. Refunds for student cancellations may be available as follows: Cancellation received more than 21 days prior to the first day of class = 100% refund of course fee less transaction fees*. Cancellation received more than 10 days prior to the first day of class = 50% refund of course fee less transaction fees*. Cancellation received less than 10 days prior to the first day of class = no refund provided. A £50 fee will also be charged for Agile Mastery Pathway courses if cancelled after courseware *Transaction fees are typically @2.5%, depending on the service chosen at checkout
