Alongside our consulting work, we introduce a small number of outside IR35 delivery contractors for the UK insurance sector that we trust. These are people we have worked with directly on insurance and regulated change initiatives, or would confidently hire ourselves.
This is not recruitment and it is not volume based.
It is a deliberately small, high trust offering designed to help organisations reduce risk in transformation and delivery work.​

How the Introduction Process Works
Initial conversation
We discuss your delivery context, constraints, and what success looks like in practice.
Targeted contractor introduction
We introduce one or two relevant contractors who fit the bill.
We do not send long lists of CVs.
Engagement starts
One month after a contractor starts their engagement, a fee is due at 12% of the initial contract value.
There are no upfront or maintenance fees..
Optional ongoing support
We discuss your delivery context, constraints, and what success looks like in practice.
